Concentrated, biodegradable, food service cleaner and all-purpose degreaser. Grease zone removes all fat and protein based soil on all food preparation surfaces. Grease zone works great as a Fryer boil out, in grease traps, to unclog food service sink drains and as a food preparation area mopping agent. Grease zone’s high concentration and versatility make it a great cost Saver. Usage: spray cleaning: dilute 2 ounces of grease zone into a 32 oz spray bottle. Spray on to surfaces. Agitate if necessary. Wipe off. Floors/bucket cleaning: for a half bucket add 2 ounces and for a full bucket add 4 ounces to the water. Mop or wipe on surface liberally. Agitate if necessary. Wipe or Mop off excess solution.
